DMCA Policy

We take copyright seriously. Here's how to report infringement on DramaAI Studio and what happens after you do.

DramaAI Studio complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our platform without authorization, please contact our designated copyright agent.

1. Filing a Notice

  • If you believe content on DramaAI Studio infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice to our designated agent.
  • Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief.
  • The notice must be signed (physically or electronically) by the copyright owner or an authorized representative.

2. Counter-Notice

  • If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake, you may file a counter-notice.
  • A counter-notice must include: identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.
  • Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the content within 10-14 business days unless they file a court action.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

  • DramaAI Studio respects intellectual property rights and terminates accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
  • We maintain a policy of terminating users who receive three or more valid DMCA notices.
  • If your account is terminated for repeated infringement, you may appeal by contacting our support team.

4. Important Notes

  • Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability for damages and attorney's fees.
  • You should consult with a lawyer before filing a notice or counter-notice if you are unsure of your rights.
  • We may disclose DMCA notices and counter-notices to the affected parties or as required by law.
