This page is maintained by DramaAI Studio to answer common privacy questions. It describes the practices currently enabled in our app. It is not a legal certification and does not replace independent advice. Where we rely on third-party platforms, those providers operate under their own terms in addition to ours.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information you provide: name, email, password, billing details, and profile preferences.
  • Creative content you generate: prompts, scripts, characters, voice selections, and rendered drama videos.
  • Usage data: feature interactions, render counts, device, browser, IP address, and approximate location.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate the DramaAI Studio platform, render your projects, and deliver the features you request.
  • To improve model quality, debug issues, and develop new templates — using aggregated or de-identified data wherever possible.
  • To send transactional emails, security alerts, and (only with consent) product updates.

3. How We Protect Your Data

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) for all stored projects and account data.
  • Role-based access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege principles for our internal teams.
  • Regular security reviews, dependency scanning, and incident response procedures.

  • Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember workspace preferences.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand which features creators love most. You can opt out anytime in Settings.
  • We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

  • We use trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery) bound by data processing agreements.
  • We do not share your private prompts, scripts, or rendered dramas with other users or third parties.
  • We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our community.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information or restrict certain processing.
  • EU, UK, and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA — contact us to exercise them.
